Cancellation policy
You have no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival; only the deposit is retained. For cancellations by the guest between the 29th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the following cancellation fees are payable:

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full price for the entire booked period is due.
Please let us know in good time if you are unable to take your holiday. Travel cancellation insurance protects you if you have to cancel unexpectedly.

How to find the Bruggerhof
By car
Via Innsbruck / Brenner (A): take the Brenner motorway (A22) to the Brixen / Pustertal exit, then continue on the main road (SS49-E66) into the Pustertal valley. In Bruneck turn off into the Ahrntal. Distance from the Brixen exit: approx. 50 km.
Via Lienz (A): from East Tyrol across the border into Italy (B100-E66), then along the Pustertal main road (SS49-E66) to Bruneck.
From Bruneck it is 25 km to Steinhaus. There, head for the Klausberg cable car car park, then towards the covered car park and over the small bridge to the Bruggerhof.
By train
Convenient international rail connections with DB and ÖBB to Franzensfeste / Fortezza, where you change to the Pustertal line. Get off at Bruneck or Bruneck-Nord and take the regular bus into the Ahrntal (towards Kasern – Oberhollenzer company) to the Steinhaus stop (in winter also: Klausberg stop).
On request we are happy to pick you up from the bus stop in Steinhaus. On the day of departure we will of course take you and your luggage back there.
