The open sleeping area in the attic, reached by a small wooden staircase from the living room, has 2 single beds (maximum height 1.80 m) – ideal for children and teenagers (double sofa bed for the 7th and 8th person).

Prices are per day and apartment for the stated number of people as minimum occupancy. For stays of less than 7 nights an additional final cleaning fee is charged.

Our apartments come in different sizes, and depending on the season a certain minimum number of guests applies. Additional guests can be accommodated up to the maximum occupancy.
On the day of arrival the apartments are ready from 1 pm at the earliest. We welcome you personally at reception until the evening. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 am.
After your enquiry you will receive a personal offer for a suitable apartment. The booking is handled by email and becomes binding upon payment of the deposit ("caparra") and receipt of the booking confirmation. Our cancellation policy applies.
We do not accept dogs or any other animals, without exception. The apartments are furnished to be allergy-friendly.

Sauna & spa
As a special treat for our guests, we have a small wellness area of our own with a view of the Ahrntal mountains. It has a Finnish sauna, which can also be used as a bio sauna, and a whirlpool. There is also room to relax outside on the terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun on the loungers.
One day a week, all our guests have free access to the entire sauna and wellness area.
Our tip: hire the wellness area privately for a few hours and enjoy this special offer undisturbed – as a couple, as a family or with friends, just as you like!
