The total price of the booking is for the agreed number of people and the booked apartment. If you want to add more people, please contact us before arrival. There is an additional price for each person.
Accomodation, bed linen, towels, heating, water, electricity, and all fees an taxes, are included in price, except the local tax. The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation at the time of stay of the community Ahrntal (since 2015: Euro 1,20 per day and person over 14 years).
The final cleaning is included in the price. But if you leave the apartment very dirty, we will be forced to demand an extra fee for cleaning. The apartment will be controlled before your departure by our staff. Guests have to pay for damaged and broken objects in the apartment.

Children under 4 years can stay overnigth free of charge if they sleep in a baby travel bed. Children from 4 to 14 years of age receive a reduction depending on occupation of the apartment and season. Reductions for children can only be made if the age is indicated in the request.
You can pay with cash for amounts up to 2.999.99 Euro or by bank transfer / online banking before or during your stay. We do not accept credit cards, prepaid cards or any other cards and no cheques!
Holiday apartments are ready no later than 3 pm on arrival day. Please contact us if your arrival will be after 6 pm. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 9 am.
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confimation (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confimation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:
There's no provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions: Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellations made by guests on or after the 29th day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before set arrival date: 30 % of agreed total price.
Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before set arrival date: 50 % of agreed total price.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before set arrival date: 70 % of agreed total price.
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price of the complete stay is charged. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
At your arrival we ask our guests to read and accept our data privacy statement:
„I hereby give the company my express consent to process data that I have provided, in particular my name, date of birth, gender, nationality, country of birth, place of birth, document details, contact data, services used and respective documents and letters, accounting and payment details, provided information about interests, intolerances, disabilities and other health related details, transaction details and resident data for the provision of the service (Art. 6 Para. 1 Lit. A of the GDPR or Art. 9 Para 2 Lit A of the GDPR).“
